Doing this across multiple Vehicles and Systems means we have a program of projects with various Vehicles and Systems.

Looking at this another way, we can see a pool of Vehicles creating or changing a group of Systems.

This allocation of Vehicles leaves us with a program of projects where some Systems are being impacted by multiple vehIcles and some Vehicles impacting multiple Systems.

A Program of Projects

Accordingly, we have a group of systems or products being managed as a "system of systems" or a product suite. For example a Telco's infrastructure, a government department's IT system or a manufacturer's product suite.
